We are an average family trying to sell items that we receive from family and friends and items we found in the attic to help pay our monthly bills. We sell on Ebay (when Ebay gives us free promotional listings) as well as eCRATER; however, it is too costly for us to have a store on Ebay. This is how we arrived at eCRATER. They provide us the opportunity to create a store and to sell our items all year long on our eCRATER store. We will try and provide fair and competitive prices as long as we can and promise to give you the best possible service with a smile.

YES, we ship all of our items with “TRACKING” to ensure the safe delivery of your item and to allow you to see the status of the delivery time. We prefer to ship our items as a package with “tracking”. This allows the buyer to track the shipment of their item as well as ensures the safe delivery of their item. The U.S. Postal Service changes their shipping rates during the first month of each calendar year. The USPS currently charges $5.00-$5.55 in 2024 for a package with tracking that weighs 1 ounce depending on the distance, which is their lowest rate for shipping a package with tracking. Yes, we want our buyers to be happy with their purchases. We encourage and welcome any and all questions that you may have regarding any of our items. Some of the pictures of our items do not accurately represent the item because of the flash of the camera, the tiny details of the item, etc.. Also, if we state an item is "Brand New", then the item was new at the date of the listing and was never used (i.e. If you want to know the year of a brochure or flyer, then please feel free to ask us and we will be happy to assist you). Finally, since we aren't experts in all areas, we highly recommend that you ask any questions about our items before you make any purchases in our store and we will try to answer them to the best of our knowledge.

We offer a variety of items including vintage items. Vintage items are characterized by excellence, maturity, and endearing appeal. They can be classics or even obsolete. Vintage items can also have some wear or slight damage over time. Our vintage items should be appropriately labeled. The vintage items in our store might have some minor blemishes on them. However, it should not distract from the natural beauty of the item. We would also like to mention that some or most of our vintage items might not have any damage to them at all. Doubloons are some of the original items thrown at New Orleans Mardi Gras Parades. H. Alvin Sharpe created the modern doubloon. The size of a typical New Orleans Mardi Gras doubloon is about the size of a silver dollar. Doubloons are generally made of metal like aluminum. They are either handed out or thrown by the float riders in the parades. Each krewe or organization throws their own doubloons and each year they have a new theme. Doubloons are excellent collectibles and generally rise in value over time.

The brochures are brand new as we have received them from the city, country, landmark, etc. new. We did not look at them or open them except to take pictures of them for our listings. If the year of the brochure is important, then please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to tell you the date of the brochure. Sometimes brochures do not have dates and we will only be able to tell you either the date or the approximate date it was received. We highly encourage you to ask any and all questions that you may have before purchasing any of our items.

We do accept returns. We will be happy to fully refund buyer's money (sales price + shipping costs) after all of the following conditions are met. Buyer pays shipping fees to return the item back to the seller. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent (i.e. unopened and not broken). Buyer must notify us within 30 days after the item was shipped to the buyer that they want a refund and the item must be returned to us at least a week later after notification. Once all of the conditions are met and we receive the item, then we will fully refund the buyer's money.
